Job Responsibility :
The Manager will spearhead the strategic planning, implementation, and oversight of lake restoration initiatives. This position demands leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams, fostering stakeholder partnerships, and promoting ecological resilience through scientific, regulatory, and community-based frameworks.
- Uphold rigorous standards of cleanliness for both lake water and its adjacent areas to preserve environmental integrity.
- Oversee budgeting, procurement, and financial reporting to ensure transparent and responsible fiscal management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure strict adherence to environmental legislation, water resource policies, and biodiversity conservation mandates.
- Prepare and manage documentation required for environmental clearances, funding applications, and project audits.
- Supervise the maintenance of park landscapes, including pathways, plantations, and efficient waste disposal systems.
- Guarantee uninterrupted utility services, implement robust security protocols, and maintain hygienic conditions across all facilities, including sanitation blocks.
- Maintain consistent communication with government agencies to support reporting, infrastructure upgrades, and renovation efforts.
- Collaborate with architects to fulfill design specifications and drive enhancements aligned with ecological and aesthetic goals.
Required Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's qualification in Civil engineering/Water management/Architecture/Urban planning/Forestry
Experience : Candidates must possess a minimum 12 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree/ Bachelor's degree
