Manager - Labour Laws & Payroll

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager-Labour Laws & Payroll located in Thane. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing Labour Laws Compliance Management, Payroll Management, and providing legal advisory services related to labour laws. The role involves managing a team, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, and handling payroll processing efficiently.

• Expertise in Labour Laws Compliance Management and Payroll Management
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Experience in conducting compliance audits and providing legal advisory services
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing payroll
• Experience in Temp-Staffing service is a plus

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field

Time: 9:30am to 6:00pm

Working days: Monday to Saturday
