About the Role

We are looking for an experienced L&D Manager to lead employee training, sales development, and performance improvement. Call Center / BPO training experience is preferred, while Agri-Input Industry experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and conduct training programs for sales, call center, and customer support teams.
• Train employees in communication, call handling, objection handling, and sales conversion.
• Manage employee induction, product training, and skill development.
• Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
• Prepare training materials, assessments, and performance reports.
• Monitor training effectiveness and employee productivity.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in L&D, preferably in Call Center / BPO / Inside Sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of sales training and performance management.
• Experience in the Agri-Input / Agriculture Industry will be highly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
