The position in discussion is with the Managed Services team, part of our Consulting team.

The KPMG Global Services (KGS) Consulting team is a diverse team of more than 6,400 professionals. We provide consulting services to KPMG Firms worldwide to support clients business transformation journeys across various industries. With capabilities such as Technology Enablement, Corporate Services, Customer and Operations, Cross Functional Services, Risk Services and Managed Services, our team is a varied mix of professionals with extensive skills and expertise.

Responsibilities

Manager - Training is responsible for providing engagement specific training ensuring we equip each resource with the required knowledge and practical skills, as well as providing the continued training support required to meet our business objectives.

The successful candidate will be required to engage with the Operation and People Support Team to support the effective delivery of the talent management framework, it is therefore essential that the candidate has a sound ability to engage and communicate information articulately.

The Job Responsibilities Include

Responsible for the effective design and delivery of soft skills and technical training analysis

Lead a team of trainers supporting delivery across multiple clients and sites

Bring in consistency in knowledge transfer approach and define training framework along with regular interventions

Maintain and develop expertise of the relevant subject matter topics. Support the development of the training team's skills & abilities

Build core knowledge of the engagements during mobilisation in order to design training material which is engagement specific and client

focused.

Work with the offshore team to ensure training activities across all sites are cohesive and to the same standard, maintaining accurate

training logs while also focussing on refresher trainings being conducted across all sites.

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to solve specific training gaps through focused, qualitative integrated solutions.

Qualifications

Any Graduate / Post Graduate

Work experience

Min 8 - 10 years experience with minimum 5-6 years in training and/or recruitment function

Proven experience of assessing training needs and design and delivery of training and assessment material

Demonstrated ability to conduct and embed train the trainer activities

Proven experience of cross functional working

Competent in the use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Develops effective working relationships with peers and clients, provide performance support to junior members through mentoring and

possess the ability to influence the team for better performance.
