Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop annual and quarterly strategic account plans for regional brands, setting revenue, margin, and penetration targets by category and campaign type.
  • Identify, build, and pitch scalable influencer packages (cross-platform creator bundles, seasonal IPs, category solutions) aligned with brand growth priorities.
  • Translate client brand/category strategies into influencer marketing roadmaps (launch, consideration, advocacy, social commerce) for each regional brand.
  • Collaborate with internal influencer/creator teams to curate the right mix of macro, micro, and nano creators by category, audience, region, and platform.
  • Lead commercial and legal negotiations with regional brands, covering scope, rate cards, package pricing, SLAs, usage rights, exclusivities, and cancellation terms.
  • Explore opportunities to integrate Adex with JHS & JS products for future growth.
