Responsibilities
Operations & Compliance Management
- Implement and monitor building procedures and operational performance standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory requirements.
- Improve site operations through process development and best practice implementation.
- Maintain smooth daily operations across the facility.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement.
- Ensure client expectations are consistently met and proactively addressed.
- Serve as the key point of contact for all facilities-related issues.
- Actively respond to client needs and resolve operational concerns.
Financial & Contract Management
- Manage site budgets, accounting, and financial operations.
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost control within approved budgets.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement compliance.
- Ensure contractual obligations are met in terms of quality, cost, and timelines.
Team Leadership & Development
- Promote teamwork, collaboration, and performance excellence.
- Conduct training and coaching sessions to develop team capability.
- Foster a culture of trust, accountability, and strong work ethics.
- Ensure team motivation and alignment with organizational goals.
