What You Will Do

  • Act as the on-site project leader to plan, execute, and close assigned projects.
  • Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality objectives are met.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to project teams to ensure successful and timely project completion.
  • Coordinate and maintain regular communication with customers during all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate and oversee the work of subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and address risks or issues to minimize impact on delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards throughout project execution.
  • Maintain clear documentation and reporting on project status and milestones.

Required Qualifications

  • University degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, OR
  • 2-year degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, OR
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • A results-driven mentality with a can-do attitude and ability to provide out-of-the-box solutions.
  • To successfully meet Service growth objectives by identifying and selling new PSA and O&M opportunities (along with renewal opportunities)
  • Preferred Educational Level: Degree onwards and/or relevant industry experience
  • Experience Required: 6+ years and above experience in CFS or HVACR industry service or sales function
  • Good communication, analytical, organizing & relationship management skills
  • Must be a proactive team player
  • A results-driven mentality with a can-do attitude and ability to provide out-of-the-box solutions
