How will you make an impact:
This role is designed to lead a CRM Teams to provide the technical expertise to drive CRM solutions aligned with Thermo Fisher Scientific's strategic objectives. Responsible for managing Operations/support, Scalability, System security, System requirements, design, development, integration, quality assurance, implementation and administration of Salesforce.com ecosystem. Partners closely with business to understand the needs and deliver the most pragmatic solution participates in various design discussions, creates solution design deliverables and develops technologies and ensures successful delivery of business capabilities. Responsible for the overall management, maintenance, and support of the Salesforce.com ecosystem.
This role requires team and product leadership, extensive customization and configuration experience, an interest in solving highly complex business problems, and a strong desire to make things better. Most importantly, this role requires a developer of people who is focused on supporting, enabling, and growing a group of Salesforce Administrators and developers. Candidate is expected to work with peers from multiple regions and timezones. Candidate is also expected to support the salesforce production application on-call basis for major incidents / escalated issues.
