Manager - IT Recruitment

Key deliverables:

1. Source candidates via referrals, databases, job portals, and social media for India, US & Canada roles
2. Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate engagement
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and align recruitment strategy
4. Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment metrics

Role responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough candidate screening and shortlisting based on role requirements
2. Engage and coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
3. Work effectively in US time zones and communicate clearly with stakeholders
4. Utilize MS Excel for data management and reporting of recruitment activities
