Position: Manager IT Helpdesk Infrastructure & Security

Location: Lower Parel Mumbai (Primary base) with 2 visits per week to Palava,

Experience: 10 years

Role Overview

This role acts as the single-point owner for IT infrastructure, security, and audit readiness across multiple locations. The focus is on moving beyond checklist-based IT management to a risk-first, outcome-driven, and audit-ready technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end IT security posture, including endpoint, network, and vendor risk
• Drive continuous audit readiness (systems, access, data protection, compliance)
• Define and enforce IT asset quality standards and lifecycle governance
• Build real-time asset visibility through dashboards and metrics
• Own infrastructure across locations (network, storage, licenses, DR/BCP)
• Manage internal cloud environments and secure client-facing systems
• Establish governance frameworks and collaborate with Admin, HR, Finance, and Leadership

Ideal Background

• 10 years in IT infrastructure, security, and operations
• Experience managing multi-location or distributed environments
• Strong exposure to security, audit, and enterprise risk management
• Hands-on leader with the ability to build structured systems from fragmented setups
• BE / BTech (CS/IT) preferred; certifications like AWS/Azure/GCP, CISSP, CISM, CEH are a plus
