We are seeking a talented individual to join our Investments team at Mercer, a Marsh Business. This role will be based in Mumbai This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office
Manager – Investment Solutions (Portfolio Intelligence)
As part of our Global Portfolio Intelligence team, the successful candidate will play a key role in the transformation of our investment capabilities globally
We will count on you to :
Work closely with internal stakeholders for development of investment management toolsLead development of tools and processes to aid investment decision makingDevelop enterprise-wide platforms to house investment models and toolsAct as a conduit between business and Information technology Scale and uplift existing investment management infrastructure
What you need to have:
MBA/ BE/ B Tech from a top tier college and/or master's in finance / financial engineering / Quantitative Finance5 years of experience in asset / wealth management Experience in Factor modelling, portfolio theory and portfolio analytics is a mustExcellent problem-solving skills with proven track record of implementing scalable solutions5 years of experience in portfolio analytics with ability to influence internal stakeholdersHands on development experience in python is a distinct advantage
What makes you stand out:
Experience with cloud and Barra/ FactSet risk models is a plusAny progress towards FRM, CFA or CAIA is a plus
