Role Summary & Impact
We are looking for a Group Head to join our team. You'll be proficient in creating digital media solutions and responsible for handling day-to-day operations. You'll interact with all strategic units and ensure the smooth functioning of the team and processes.
Reporting of the Role

Measures of Success
- In three months, you will:Work closely with your immediate manager to understand the client's business and current media strategy.
- Take immediate charge of all data, reports, and trackers shared with clients.
- Evaluate and close deals on frequency channels as per benchmarks provided by your senior.
- In six months, you will:Brief channels on grids according to parameters, and handle deal evaluations and closures with your Group Head.
- Lead client interactions for report sharing, upgrades, and conversions, and spearhead impactful activations (like stings, Non-FCT, vignettes, etc.).
- Communicate with media partners regarding under-deliveries, MGs, and upcoming properties.
- In 12 months, you will:Understand and provide data-backed analysis for the next year's annual approach.
- Participate in pitch work, including data collection, analysis, and segregation.

Minimum Qualifications:
