Job Description:
Inventory Management
- Plan & ensures stock availability across plants for raw materials for all SKUs .
- Conduct periodic Inventory planning activities & run planning cycles.
- Coordinate with domestic vendors, & transporters for scheduling and tracking material deliveries.
- Executes STOs across plants for maintaining stock coverages.
- Tracks and controls damage of material & any other unplanned costs across supply chain.
- Control material accounting, through FIFO.
- Places Purchase Orders for spend related to Plant.
- Manages warehouse operations and staff.
OSP Operations Management
- Controls & monitors supply chain operations at external OSP plants.
- Maintains stock availability at OSP site.
- Periodically travels to OSP site for audit & supervision.
Qualifications & Experience:
- B.E/B.Tech (post-graduate qualifications in supply chain/operations, will be an added advantage.)
- Experience:7-10 years of experience across manufacturing industries at the Plant level.
- SAP or any other ERP knowledge is a must.
