About The Role
This incumbent is responsible for achieving International sales targets from specified international markets. It will broadly encapsulate increasing CP penetration, getting new CPs on board, building new avenues for increasing sales throughput, managing Leads through SFDC, coordinating with CPs, making calls to international leads & converting them into sales, managing the team productivity and engagement. The role also includes complete handling of CP relations, including the coordination of CP payouts through regions.
- Conversion of enquiries into sales
- Lead Management in SFDC
- Touch point for International Leads
- Helping the NRIs in booking apartments and related documentation
- Responsible for targets prescribed for the international market
- Market Expansion
- Initiate and lead activities resulting in GPL's increased reach in the international market.
- Plan and recommend media activities which result in increased lead flow.
- Open newer avenues for lead generation and sales.
- Track competitor activities.
- Channel Partner Engagement
- Build on rapport with existing CPs.
- Create newer CP relations in the market.
- Train CPs on our products and constantly monitors CP performance.
- Handles payouts of CP by coordinating with the regions.

- Maintaining CP Relations and add more CPs
- Representation at exhibitions and expos internationally.

Education
Skills
- Proven success in delivering sales results in developed markets. Experience in a leadership role
- Strong strategic acumen, with the ability to transform market insights into actionable plans
- Inspirational leader with the ability to guide teams through ambiguity and change
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in partner/channel ecosystem development and cross-functional collaboration
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
