Your primary focus will be on identifying and tapping into new customer segments and markets, particularly in the Middle East, and African regions. This role demands a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of international business dynamics to navigate the complexities of global expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new markets and business opportunities in overseas regions.
  • Acquire new customers and expand the company's international presence.
  • Focus on Retail, Project, and Utility business development.
  • Strengthen and grow existing customer relationships.
  • Prepare sales budgets, forecasts, and market analysis reports.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Provide business support to the Zonal Head.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and Purchase teams for product development, approvals, and testing.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Expertise in business development and customer acquisition.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization and dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.

Qualifications

Technical Knowledge

  • Good understanding of Electrical and Low Voltage products.
  • Experience in international business operations.
  • Prior experience in the electrical industry.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Qualification: B.Tech and/or MBA
  • Total Experience: 8–10 years
  • Relevant Experience: Minimum 4–5 years in international sales/marketing
  • Preferred Market Exposure: Africa and Middle East
  • Computer Skills: MS Office and digital tools
