Your primary focus will be on identifying and tapping into new customer segments and markets, particularly in the Middle East, and African regions. This role demands a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of international business dynamics to navigate the complexities of global expansion.
Responsibilities
- Identify new markets and business opportunities in overseas regions.
- Acquire new customers and expand the company's international presence.
- Focus on Retail, Project, and Utility business development.
- Strengthen and grow existing customer relationships.
- Prepare sales budgets, forecasts, and market analysis reports.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Provide business support to the Zonal Head.
- Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and Purchase teams for product development, approvals, and testing.

Qualifications
Technical Knowledge
- Good understanding of Electrical and Low Voltage products.
- Experience in international business operations.
- Prior experience in the electrical industry.
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualification: B.Tech and/or MBA
- Total Experience: 8–10 years
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 4–5 years in international sales/marketing
- Preferred Market Exposure: Africa and Middle East
- Computer Skills: MS Office and digital tools
