Flying Squirrel Holidays, a luxury bespoke travel company, is hiring a Manager – International Holidays to lead and grow our long-haul travel segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and revenue for long-haul international holidays
- Design complex, high-value itineraries across Europe, USA, Canada, South America, Africa, Australia & New Zealand
- Demonstrate deep destination knowledge beyond mainstream cities
- Handle premium / HNI clients with a consultative sales approach
- Build supplier partnerships and negotiate competitive luxury contracts
- Lead and mentor travel consultants within the international segment
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and margin goals
Requirements:
- 8–12 years of experience in international luxury travel
- Strong expertise in long-haul destinations (Europe, USA, Canada, South America, Africa, Australia, New Zealand)
- Proven track record in luxury travel sales & target achievement
- Experience managing high-end/premium clientele
- Strong commercial acumen and leadership capability
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
