Title: Manager - International Exports Business (Middle East)

OVERVIEW
We are looking for a highly driven and well-connected International Business professional to lead and scale export operations across the Middle East and Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will bring a strong distributor network and a proven track record of building high-value export businesses.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a robust export growth strategy for the Middle East and Southeast Asia markets.
- Leverage existing distributor networks and build new partnerships to scale business rapidly.
- Identify high-potential markets, customers, and segments within the industrial sealing space.
- Lead end-to-end international sales, including pricing, negotiations, contracting, and closures.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with key distributors, OEMs, and industrial clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (manufacturing, supply chain, finance) to ensure seamless order execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay competitive.
- Represent the organization in international trade shows, exhibitions, and business forums.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, documentation, and international trade norms.
- Negotiate and bag key registrations and approvals in large oil and gas companies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experienced professional with demonstrated performance and success in sales.
- Strong, proven network of distributors and clients in the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
- Demonstrated ability to scale export businesses and deliver high revenue growth.
- Background in manufacturing, preferably industrial products such as sealing solutions, gaskets, or related engineering products.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Deep understanding of export processes, logistics, and international trade compliance.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the target markets.
