About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result‑oriented Manager to lead our International Business Development initiatives in chemicals and specialty chemicals. This is a senior role with direct responsibility for driving growth across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Expansion: Develop and grow business in USA, EU, Middle East, and South East Asia.
- Customer Management: Build and maintain long‑term relationships with distributors, traders, and end users.
- Commercial Leadership: Lead negotiations, contracts, pricing, and order execution.
- Cross‑functional Collaboration: Coordinate with production, logistics, and regulatory teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Global Representation: Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer visits.
- Target Achievement: Drive revenue growth and contribute to strategic business expansion.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record in international sales/business development of chemicals.
- Strong understanding of export business and global chemical markets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
