Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end interior design projects from concept through execution
  • Translate creative vision into actionable design strategies and deliverables
  • Oversee space planning, material selection, documentation, and installation
  • Ensure design quality, functionality, and compliance with industry standards
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, vendors, and cross-functional teams
  • Review and approve drawings, specifications, and presentations
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple projects
  • Conduct site visits to ensure accurate execution and resolve on-ground issues

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-10+ years of interior design experience with team leadership exposure
  • Strong portfolio showcasing concept-driven and technically sound projects
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Solid understanding of building codes and industry standards
  • Demonstrates strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a strong creative vision and execution capability
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
