Lead end-to-end interior design projects from concept through execution
Translate creative vision into actionable design strategies and deliverables
Oversee space planning, material selection, documentation, and installation
Ensure design quality, functionality, and compliance with industry standards
Collaborate with clients, architects, vendors, and cross-functional teams
Review and approve drawings, specifications, and presentations
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple projects
Conduct site visits to ensure accurate execution and resolve on-ground issues

The Successful Applicant

8-10+ years of interior design experience with team leadership exposure
Strong portfolio showcasing concept-driven and technically sound projects
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
Solid understanding of building codes and industry standards
Demonstrates strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Detail-oriented with a strong creative vision and execution capability
Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
