To lead the commercialisation of Prayoga's state-of-the-art analytical facilities. The Manager will bridge the gap between our scientific rigor and industrial needs, driving revenue through high-precision testing and sample analysis services. By facilitating technical training and professional analytical support, ensuring these offerings remain incidental to Prayoga's primary research objectives and maximise the utility of our world-class infrastructure for external partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Client Relations
· Market Positioning: Identify and engage with industries (Pharmaceuticals, Materials Science, Agriculture) to offer Prayoga's testing and validation services.
· Revenue Generation: Achieve targets for fee-based services, including sample analysis, method testing, and instrumentation training.
2. Operational Management & Discipline
· Team Leadership: Manage a high-performing technical team
· Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards in sample analysis to ensure data accuracy and reliability for external clients.
· Workflow Optimisation: Streamline internal processes to reduce turnaround time (TAT) and enhance Efficiency and Responsiveness
Experience & Qualifications
· Industry Background: Minimum 8–12 years of experience in a commercial testing, analysis organisation.
· Technical Familiarity: The candidate must be familiar with hands-on testing in and understand high-end instrumentation labs
