About The Role
Drishti IAS is seeking a proactive, result-oriented professional to build and manage strategic partnerships with Central & State Government agencies, universities, colleges, NGOs, PSUs, uniformed forces (CRPF, Police), skill development bodies, and allied sectors. The role spans the full partnership lifecycle — identification, MOU execution, project delivery, and impact tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Institutional & Government Partnerships
- Identify and establish MOUs with Govt. Departments, Universities, NGOs, PSUs, and skilling bodies
- Engage senior stakeholders — Vice Chancellors, Govt. Officials, Department Heads
- Own the complete partnership lifecycle: outreach → proposal → negotiation → MOU → execution → renewal
- Represent Drishti IAS at summits, education conclaves, and policy forums
- Explore EdTech collaboration opportunities across Defence, Police, Health, Agri, and Rural Dev. sectors
- University & Academic Outreach
- Build tie-ups with Central/State Universities, IITs, NITs, and affiliated colleges
- Drive career guidance programs, skilling seminars, campus activations, and co-branded initiatives
- Maintain a strong pipeline of academic and institutional partnership opportunities
- Tender & Opportunity Tracking
- Monitor government portals, PIB releases, RFPs, and procurement platforms for relevant opportunities
- Evaluate eligibility, feasibility, and strategic fit for tenders/govt. projects
- Align opportunities with national missions: Skill India, NSDC, NRA, and others
- Proposal Development & Deal Closure
- Prepare concept notes, technical/financial proposals, presentations, and MOU documents
- Coordinate with academic, legal, finance, and leadership teams for approvals
- Lead negotiations and close partnership deals with institutional stakeholders
- Identify CSR-funded education/skilling opportunities with PSUs and corporates
- Project Execution & Reporting
- Act as SPOC between Drishti IAS and partner institutions for smooth program delivery
- Track milestones, deliverables, compliance timelines, and partner satisfaction
- Maintain live trackers for leads, signed MOUs, and renewals
- Submit monthly/quarterly performance reports; conduct market research and competitor benchmarking.
- Experience & Background
- 4–8 years in Institutional Partnerships, Govt. Relations, University Outreach, BD, or EdTech
- Hands-on experience with MOU/tender frameworks, government processes, or university administration
- MBA/PG in Business, Public Policy, Law, or Education Management preferred
- What You'll Be Doing Regularly
- Meeting Vice Chancellors, Principals, Govt. Officials, and senior institutional leaders
- Drafting and presenting technical/financial proposals to government bodies
- Tracking tenders, RFPs, and policy initiatives across ministries and education bodies
- Negotiating and closing MOUs; coordinating multi-stakeholder execution
