About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Corporate Sales Manager to drive B2B sales for our portfolio of healthy snacking products. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in corporate sales, institutional sales, employee engagement programs, corporate gifting, or FMCG B2B sales, with a strong network across corporates, distributors, and gifting agencies.
This role requires a consultative sales approach, relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify and convert opportunities across corporate wellness, employee gifting, festive gifting, events, and bulk procurement programs.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Sales & Business Development
- Identify, engage, and acquire new corporate clients for healthy snacking solutions.
- Generate opportunities across:
- Employee wellness programs
- Office pantry solutions
- Corporate events
- Festive gifting
- Employee rewards & recognition programs
- Client gifting initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with HR, Admin, Procurement, Marketing, and Employee Engagement teams.
Channel & Distributor Development
- Develop and manage relationships with distributors and channel partners.
- Expand market reach through strategic partnerships and distribution networks.
- Drive secondary sales and ensure consistent product availability.
Corporate Gifting Partnerships
- Build relationships with gifting companies, event agencies, employee engagement platforms, and reward partners.
- Position the company's healthy snack offerings as premium gifting solutions.
- Collaborate on customized gifting solutions and festive campaigns.
Sales Planning & Execution
- Develop and execute monthly sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights for product and packaging innovation.
Reporting
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
- Track key performance metrics and present progress updates to management.

Mandatory Requirements
✔ 2-3 years of experience in:
- Corporate Sales
- B2B FMCG Sales
- Institutional Sales

✔ Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

✔ Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in healthy foods, FMCG, beverages, gifting, wellness, or consumer brands.
- Prior exposure to festive gifting campaigns and bulk order sales.
- Familiarity with Gurgaon, Delhi NCR, and North India corporate ecosystem.
