We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of
Manager - Insights and Analytics - Analytics
In This Role, You Will
- Provide analytical support to Global / Regional stakeholders and investment programmes
- Strong business analysis, problem solving, project management skills, reporting skills and ability to translate data outputs into meaningful analysis and recommendations are essential
- Manage effective and enduring relationships with various stakeholders to understand, recommend and drive delivery against business agenda
- Improve processes and drive efficiencies in collecting, analysing and reporting data from multiple sources
- Working with and liaising with data analytical teams across multiple functions to share knowledge and best practices
- Manage and work with real time data to generate decisions on cost efficiency opportunities and features for ongoing business initiatives
- Knowledge in Financial services preferred
- The role holder shall also be expected to guide and lead team members from a functional perspective and help them build up a strong culture of delivery and professionalism
To Be Successful You Will
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on finance or analytics experience
- A degree in MBA with Bachelors in Engineering / Master's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or other numerical discipline, equivalent with relevant work experience in data/financial analysis
- Strong analytical skills with business analysis experience or equivalent. Knowledge and understanding of financial-services/ banking-operations preferred
- Previous experience working in dynamic environments, with the ability to work with a wide range of different teams and limited supervision
- Experience of Python and Qlik/Power BI dashboards would be an advantage; a desire and commitment to learn and develop skills in this area is required to succeed in the role.
- Trend Analysis and Dashboard Creation based on Visualization technique. Data Implementation Checks and Quality Assurance
- Knowledge and experience in SQL, Tableau/ Qlik /Power BI/Dash, Power Apps, Power Automate would be added advantage
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel including macro based excel sheets (VBA) are also an added advantage
