Job Description

Position Title: Manager- Insights & Analytics

Reports To: Director, Development Office

Location: BML Munjal University, Sidhrawali, Gurugram

About Development Office: The primary purpose of this office is to build and strengthen partnerships that stimulate, cultivate and nurture the internal and external ecosystem, conducive to building BMU as one of the foremost institutes of higher education.

Position Overview: Insights and Analytics will be responsible for knowledge management both internal and external providing valuable insights and recommendations from credible and verified data that can be disseminated among diverse audiences for partnership building. This position is the lubricant to the machinery of BMU and hence a critical function in building an ecosystem that supports higher education in India rooted in research, innovation and entrepreneurship.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and set the direction of the Knowledge Management Framework
  • Create, capture, organize, and assess knowledge assets for university use
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments to align KM strategy with broader organizational learning strategies.
  • Develop a robust roadmap strategy for implementing knowledge management that builds upon industry best practices
  • Promote the use of knowledge management tooling and processes to facilitate sharing of knowledge.
  • Build and drive the culture of knowledge sharing within schools and departments and serve as the advocate for KM initiatives within the university.
  • Support the development and implementation of training on KM processes and tooling.
  • Create and review KPIs for adoption and usage and course correction where needed
  • Build knowledge products for fundraising, marketing and communications geared towards building partnerships and BMU brand
  • Liaison with Research and Development teams within university to best capture their research and recommend industry trends for research and development
  • Market research data on university fundraising and partnership opportunities
  • Monitoring and evaluation management of Funded projects for reporting
  • Develop data centric reports well visualised for donors and internal stakeholders

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in any field
  • 3-5 years experience in data collation, management and analytics for large organizations
  • 5-7 years of experience in fundraising, development, or related roles
  • Strong organisational skills and systemic thinking required
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in knowledge management software and CRM tools
  • Knowledge of the higher education sector in India is preferred.
