Job Description

  • Extensive experience of business development in India Staffing
  • Well versed with all the models of the business (Staffing, MSP, Payrolling)
  • Should have generated Rev of 15Cr+ with GM of 35% YoY
  • Must be able to convert the connects (large deals in India staffing) from Captives, Large SI, Enterprise clients
  • Strong customer base in Mumbai/Pune region
  • Must possess a good productive database of decision makers
  • Good written and verbal comm skills
  • Hands on with MS Excel and power point presentations
