Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, design and implement IT procedures and policies
- Ensure the seamless delivery of IT services by monitoring existing system performance
- Perform regular audits and software performance reviews to gain insights on current implementations
- Manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented throughout the system
- Provide leadership and direction to the IT Infrastructure & Cloud Operations Team
- Stay active with IT trends and advancements
- Overseeing system maintenance and upgrades including license management
- Monitoring network & server computer performance
- Analyzing, understanding data and reporting metrics
- Developing and implementing disaster recovery plans
Experience & Qualifications
Mandatory:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience with system installation, administration, analysis and configuration
- 10+ years of IT experience managing teams responsible for architecture design and deployment, systems lifecycle management and infrastructure planning and operations within a wide array of industry verticals
- 5+ years of experience as an Infrastructure or Cloud Operations manager
- Strong leadership, negotiation, organizational and communication skills
- Experience dealing with critical issues
- Extensive experience in supporting the delivery of IT Infrastructure and Cloud projects
- Leadership competency in orchestrating team efforts to drive results and improvement
