Job Description

Understanding business needs and knowing how to create and manage the respective business application
Conferring with users, studying system flow, data usage, and work processes following the software development lifecycle
Identifying, prioritizing and executing tasks in the software development life cycle
Performing validation of release build with IT vendor against the business requirement
Collaborating with the internal teams and vendors to fix and improve system
Attend in-person meetings with business user to analyse, troubleshoot and diagnose UAT/production observations
Actively update, maintain and monitor applications
Deploy, Install and configure business applications/patches
Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving queries
Complete detailed reports listing requests to technical assistance, steps taken to resolve
Create/manage documents pertaining to troubleshooting
