Manager - Information Technology - Mumbai - Lodha (I-Think Techno Campus)

Main Accountabilities

1. Business Analysis & Solution Design

. Gather and analyze business requirements for new initiatives and enhancements
. Define MVP-based solutions ensuring faster time-to-market and cost efficiency
. Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution approaches

2. Cost Optimization & Procurement Support

. Identify cost-optimal solutions aligned to business requirements and scalability
. Support procurement discussions by providing functional and solution inputs
. Evaluate vendor proposals and recommend cost-effective approaches

3. Process Governance & Optimization

. Ensure adherence to defined business and IT processes across projects
. Identify gaps and drive process improvements and standardization
. Contribute to continuous optimization of workflows and delivery models

4. Stakeholder & Customer Impact

. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (business, IT, operations) for requirement alignment
. Ensure solutions enhance experience for end customers and partners
. Support rollout of initiatives ensuring minimal disruption and high adoption

5. Project Coordination & Delivery Support

. Track project progress, dependencies, and deliverables
. Support UAT, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization
. Ensure timely closure of action items and issues

6. Learning & Capability Development

. Continuously upgrade knowledge on business, technology, and digital trends
. Participate in training programs and contribute to team learning initiatives
. Build domain expertise across products and digital platforms

Qualifications & Experience

. Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering / Management

. 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, IT Projects, or Digital Initiatives

. Must have Experience in LOS, SFDC, and fintech integrations

. MS Excel, JIRA, AI tools (Good to have)
