Key Deliverables:

• Lead the Directory Services team managing internal/external PKI and LDAP systems
• Design and implement IAM strategies, policies, and role-based access control
• Ensure regulatory compliance and business continuity across identity services
• Oversee vendor relationships and manage IAM tool selection and implementation

Role Responsibilities:

• Maintain security of AD and LDAP environments with robust governance and standards
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate IAM with enterprise systems
• Guide team in handling incidents, scripting operations, and service metrics reporting
• Drive IAM transformation initiatives using SAFe and maintain alignment with NIST/ISO
