What is this role all about
We are looking for an Information Security Manager to support Kapture's day-to-day InfoSec operations, compliance, and audit activities. This role works closely with the CISO and cross-functional teams (Tech, Product, Operations, Legal) to maintain and strengthen our security and compliance posture.

- End-to-end ownership of ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, DPDP, and HIPAA compliance programs — from evidence collection to audit closure
- Maintain and continuously improve the ISMS — policies, controls, risk registers, and exception management
- Lead customer-facing security assessments, RFPs, and security questionnaires with minimal CISO involvement
- Work with Tech and Product teams to embed security controls into cloud and SaaS infrastructure
- Stay ahead of regulatory changes — especially India's DPDP Act — and translate them into actionable internal requirements
- Monitor the threat and vulnerability landscape and escalate proactively
- Build and maintain security metrics and reporting for leadership and enterprise clients
This is a
Bengaluru-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.
