Job Description
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
- Identify and build partnerships with micro/macro influencers, content creators, and industry thought leaders
- Plan and optimize end-to-end campaigns ensuring brand consistency and message alignment
- Monitor and report campaign performance metrics including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI
- Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and optimize spending across campaign types and influencer tiers
- Collaborate with content, creative, and social media teams to align influencer content with brand guidelines
- Ensure compliance with advertising regulations and maintain brand safety standards
The Successful Applicant
A successful Influencer Marketing professional should have:
- 5+ years in social media with minimum 3 years on influencer management.
- Strong understanding of education sector audience and tier 2/3 city dynamics.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and influencer ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Strong project management skills and track record of managing multiple campaigns.
