Manager – Influencer Marketing

Job description

• Responsible for developing various loyalty programs for painter and paint contractor.
• Maximize the painter base and registrations
• Responsible for developing engagement programs for Architects / Interior decorators.
• Design Training programs for Influencers i.e. Painter, Paint contractors and Architects / Interior decorators.
• Track loyalty scores of influencer through research.
• Keep track on competitive activity of influencer and submit regular MIS.
• Organize product / scheme launch meets.
• Design on-the-ground market/geography specific influencer strategies to generate demand.
• Interact with influencer to understand product needs/product perception/ loyalty requirement /dissatisfactions across markets.
• Grow the share of emulsions in NPP dealers
• Manage the Painter Call Center and review the effectivness
• Develop effective training content
• Ensure enrolment and participation of painters in conjunction with sales
• Execution of Painter training programs
