Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline warehouse operations, such as order picking strategies, inventory control methods, and shipping procedures.
Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure products meet specifications.
Establish safety procedures and policies, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Ensure compliance: Make sure production processes meet safety and quality standards.
Analyse processes: Use tools and techniques to analyse production systems and identify areas for improvement.
Test and implement: Design and test new systems, and then implement them into production.
Hand on Experience of PPAP, PFMEA, PQCP , RACI Matrix , Giant Charts PFD methodology
Develop new methods : Create new procedures for production operations, including new equipment and machinery.
Monitor and improve : Track production metrics and make improvements based on data analysis
