Job Description

  • Ensure compliance with indirect tax regulations, including GST filings and audits.
  • Handle tax assessments, litigations, and reconciliations effectively.
  • Manage incentive schemes and ensure timely submissions to relevant authorities.
  • Provide advisory support on tax implications for business transactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify tax-saving opportunities.
  • Monitor changes in tax laws and update internal processes accordingly.
  • Prepare accurate tax reports and maintain detailed documentation.
  • Coordinate with external consultants and government authorities as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manager Indirect Taxes and Incentive Management should have:

  • Qualified CA with minimum 3 to 5 years of experience. (FMCG experience preferred)
  • Proven expertise in indirect tax regulations, especially GST.
  • Experience in managing tax compliance processes and incentive schemes. (Mandatory)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in using tax and accounting software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
