Collaborate with Finance and functional stakeholders to develop strategic sourcing plans with well-defined cost savings and avoidance targets.
Achieve year-over-year improvements in assigned category spend, without sacrificing quality and service
Conduct all phases in the development of complex contracts, including reviewing statements of work or requirements, request for information (RFI), and request for proposal (RFP) development.
Partner with a broad mix of stakeholders on contract evaluation, redlining, and negotiation, such as Legal, Privacy, Information Security, and Internal Controls.
Continually improve supplier performance by setting measurable, contractual, performance targets and related supplier performance management.
Build and execute a plan to identify and evaluate diverse suppliers, with a goal of increasing the percentage of category spend with diverse suppliers.
Strategize across categories/departments to identify opportunities for gained efficiencies and cost effectiveness in supplier negotiations.
Build project plans and timelines to ensure key milestones are being captured and met as it relates to the sourcing process.
Close sourcing projects in a timely manner, including but not limited to uploading executed agreements to our contract lifecycle management, and security stakeholder and finance approval on savings or cost avoidance.
Effectively communicate status updates to key stakeholders, including timely identification and escalation/resolution of issues.
Candidate Requirement:
Minimum 10-15 years of Experience in Supply Chain background (Preferably in Procurement/sourcing)
Bachelors degree in any discipline From a tier-1 college(DCE, NSIT, IIT, IIIT) will be preferred
Should Have Excellent Interpersonal skills and Negotiation skills.
Should possess excellent Attention to detail and Spontaneous Problem solving skills.
Should have the ability to take ad hoc decision, owning the Designated category and Strategizing as well as Implement the Sourcing Plans
