Job Description

Digantara is a leading Space Surveillance and Intelligence company focused on ensuring orbital safety and sustainability. With expertise in space-based detection, tracking, identification, and monitoring, Digantara provides comprehensive domain awareness across all regimes, enabling end-users to gain actionable intelligence on a single platform. At the core of its infrastructure lies a sophisticated integration of hardware and software capabilities aligned with the key principles of situational awareness: perception(data collection), comprehension (data processing), and prediction(analytics). This holistic approach empowers Digantara to monitor all Resident Space Objects(RSOs) in orbit, fostering comprehensive domain awareness.

The Manager – Incubation & Partnerships will drive Digantara's growth beyond its core business by building and managing the company's incubation ecosystem while developing strategic partnerships that expand capability, market access, and long-term value creation.

Ideal Candidate

  • 2–4 years of experience across venture building, incubation programs, venture capital, corporate development, partnerships, or early-stage operating roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ideas from zero-to-one through structured execution and stakeholder alignment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience evaluating opportunities, structuring partnerships, and managing strategic initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

Incubation

  • Build and operate Digantara's in-house incubator, including program structure, selection criteria, and operating framework.
  • Source, evaluate, and onboard founders, Entrepreneurs-in-Residence (EIRs), and venture opportunities.
  • Structure incubation engagements, including funding, ownership models, milestones, and support mechanisms.
  • Establish and manage the ecosystem of resources available to incubated ventures, including infrastructure, expertise, and market access.
  • Define performance metrics, monitor progress, and guide ventures from concept through scale, integration, or spin-out.
  • Manage portfolio reporting and communicate venture performance to leadership.

Partnerships

  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships across commercial organizations, government agencies, defense entities, and research institutions.
  • Lead partnership initiatives from opportunity assessment through negotiation, structuring, and ongoing management.
  • Build and strengthen an ecosystem of partners that enhances Digantara's strategic position.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, commercial, and policy teams to align partnerships with business objectives and growth priorities.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in venture building, incubation, partnerships, corporate development, venture capital, or startup operations.
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and deal-structuring capabilities.
  • Experience working with founders, senior executives, and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with a high degree of ownership.

Preferred Qualities

  • Experience founding a company or working within an incubator, accelerator, or venture studio.
  • Exposure to investment structuring, strategic alliances, licensing agreements, or joint ventures.
  • Experience managing cross-border partnerships and collaborations.
  • Background in aerospace, defense, deep-tech, or dual-use technology sectors.
  • MBA, CA, or equivalent qualification.
