Description
We are seeking a Manager with experience in a skin and hair clinic to lead our team in Salem or Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinic management, excellent leadership abilities, and a good attitude to work in a beauty and aesthetic clinic.
Note: Candidates are welcome to relocate from any part of India to Salem or Coimbatore. Need to speak good Tamil and English with experience working in beauty clinic.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the skin and hair clinic and to coordinate with other branches.
- Manage staff performance and provide leadership to the team.
- Responsible for generating sales and making the center profitable.
- Doing in-house and outhouse events for generating revenue and brand awareness.
- Ensure high standards of patient care and satisfaction.
- Handling a team of tele callers and generating reports and doing conversions and closures to achieve the business goal.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
- Maintain inventory and ensure the clinic is well-stocked with necessary products and equipment.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in skin and hair treatments.
- Conduct consultations and provide expert advice to clients regarding treatments.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-6 years of experience in a managerial role within a skin and hair clinic or similar environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and staff.
- Knowledge of skin and hair treatments, procedures, and products and the nature of the work setup.
- Proficiency in managing clinic operations and understanding of financial aspects of the business.
Salary: 60K-75K per month (plus incentives based on the closures).
Work Location: Salem or Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
Work Timing: 10am to 7pm (6 days working and one day week off)
