Job Description

1. Manage a team of 15-18 Quality Experts
2. Enable business to deliver high quality and faster outcomes and maintain the quality
SLA's
3. Adhere to quality framework and ensure timely completion of audits, reports and analysis
4. Identify and lead Lead Lean Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement projects
5. Drive Ideation to invite potential ideas for improvement
6. Help team achieve core deliverables (PKT's, Audits, Team Meetings, etc)
7. Drive internal and client calibrations
8. Manitan and present / discuss process and business performance dashboard with
internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to senior management
9. Work with cross functions (Operation, Training and others) to make action plans and
drive the same to achieve better results
10. Initiate and execute remediation plans resulting in better business performance
