Role Overview
The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end sourcing of frontline workforce including Pickers, Packers, and Shift In-Charges across Kerala and the rest of Tamil Nadu. The role requires strong vendor management, field recruitment expertise, and the ability to manage bulk hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Mass Hiring & Sourcing
- Source and hire Pickers, Packers, and Shift In-Charges for dark stores and warehouse operations.
- Manage bulk hiring drives across Kerala and Tamil Nadu.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels: job portals, local vendors, field sourcing, referrals, job camps, and walk-ins.
- Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) for closures.
2. Vendor & Field Management
- Onboard and manage local recruitment vendors.
- Conduct field visits and hiring drives in assigned cities.
- Build strong local talent pipelines for continuous hiring needs.
3. Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with Operations and City Managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Provide daily/weekly hiring reports and pipeline updates.
- Ensure workforce availability as per business demand.
4. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure proper documentation and onboarding of candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
- Ensure adherence to company hiring policies and labor compliance norms.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred).
- 14 years of experience in bulk hiring / blue-collar recruitment.
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, e-commerce, or quick commerce hiring preferred.
- Strong network of local vendors in Kerala and Tamil Nadu is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
