Job responsibilities

Recruitment & onboarding

.Ensure staffing as per the business requirements within the overall hiring framework

.Anchor campus hiring & campus relationship management

.Ensure smooth onboarding for all new joinees through detailed induction and support for post joining assimilation

Stakeholder partnering

.Establish connect with employees, be tuned to the employee sensing and spot concerns ahead of time to work on the interventions proactively

.Be the Single Point of Contact for all employee queries, policy clarifications and other support for seamless work delivery

.Engage with critical stakeholders for regular updates on key employee metrics & sensing

.Have discussions and create records of exit conversations to analyse trends and plan for future actions

Other responsibilities

.Drive the Learning, Engagement & Communication agenda of the organisation

.Address workplace grievances and anchor the employee governance process

.Build operational excellence with process adherence for all HR processes for the overall employee lifecycle
