Job Description

Purpose of Role

Managing overall IDT compliances including litigations for PAN India

Position Title

Manager - IDT

Position Demands

CA with post qualification experience of 3-6 years in Indirect Taxation

Hands on in SAP, have good hand over GST litigations and legal aspects.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  • Monthly and yearly compliance i.e. filing of GST Returns ( GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR 6 and GSTR 9/9C ).
  • Monthly reconciliation like Input Tax Credit vis--vis with GSTR 2B , TDS under GST vis--vis GSTR 7, GL Reco.
  • Filing various refunds under GST.
  • Preparation of replies to GST Notices and queries received from various GST Authorities.
  • Handling GST audits, litigations, assessments and proceedings initiated by GST department at various forms.
  • Attend hearings across PAN India and make representation before GST Authorities.
  • Lead IT automation wherever needed.
  • Analysis of amendments and/or updates in the GST law and their impact.
