Position: Manager Hydraulic Parts Development

Location: Dharuhera

Function: Engineering / NPD

Reports to: Engineering Head / Business Head

Role Summary

Own complete RFQ-to-PPAP responsibility for hydraulic valves, housings, port plates, connection plates and rear cases. Drive cost, quality, APQP compliance and on-time launches for global customers.

Key Responsibilities

• RFQ analysis: drawing study, ballooning, feasibility, costing, tooling concepts
• Develop process flow, cycle times, manpower and capex
• Lead APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan and PPAP approvals
• Manage prototype builds, tooling and SOP readiness
• Lead value engineering, cost reduction and ECN implementation
• Act as technical interface to customers

Must-Have Skills

• Strong in GD&T, casting, CNC machining, honing, grinding
• Process design & cost estimation
• Experience with AutoCAD / SolidWorks / Creo
• Deep knowledge of APQP & PPAP.
• 8+ years in hydraulic parts manufacturing
