Key Responsibilities
Talent Management
- Lead end-to-end recruitment coordination with Centre of Excellence for Talent Acquisition (CoE-TA)
- Manage onboarding and induction processes for new hires
- Maintain and update manpower MIS for planning and budgeting
- Collaborate with business units to forecast and fulfil workforce requirements
Employee Development
- Identify organisation-wide training needs and implement development programs
- Facilitate Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and Management Development Programmes (MDPs)
- Promote learning culture and career progression opportunities
- Support mentorship and coaching initiatives for high-potential employees
Performance Evaluation
- Drive performance management process including objective setting, reviews, and feedback
- Ensure consistency and fairness in assessments and recognition practices
- Conduct potential appraisals and contribute to talent calibration discussions
- Foster a transparent, feedback-driven culture
Succession Planning
- Identify and develop successors for key positions in coordination with line managers
- Maintain competency matrix for roles and career progression paths
- Keep organisational structure aligned with strategic goals
HR Data & Reporting
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and dashboards
- Generate analytics on turnover, retention, and performance indicators
- Provide insights and recommendations to management based on HR trends
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Coordinate employee engagement and pulse surveys, analyse feedback
- Plan team-building activities, recognition programs, and corporate events
- Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being initiatives
