Job Purpose
Responsible for HSW Compliance and for deploying and Audit of HSW norms in circle
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
- Governance with VIL Internal Team, MS and Infra partners for HSW Compliance
- Ensure 100% compliance to HSW requirements and adherence on the ground and ensure Zero Fatality. SW Score>90 (9/12 months )
- Promote culture of Safety and Wellbeing
- Periodic inspections ,random field checks to improve HSW compliance
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
- Strong Knowledge of safety HSW compliance
- Communication and Presentation skills
- Knowledge of safety Rules and practices must.
- Experience- 5-7 years of experience.
Must have technical / professional qualifications
- B.E in Electrical/Electronics
- First Level knowledge of all technical nodes on safety perspective.
