Position: Manager HCM Payroll Functional Analyst,
Location: Hyderabad/ Bangalore
Job Description:
- 8–12+ years of experience across HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, and/or Compensation support, with increasing ownership of delivery and stakeholder management
- Strong functional experience with UKG(FORMERLY KRONOS) (preferred) or similar HCM/payroll platforms, including payroll processing and upstream/downstream process impacts
- Strong understanding of:
- Hire-to-retire HR lifecycle and HR shared services operations
- Payroll processing, controls, reconciliations, and statutory compliance concepts
- Benefits administration and compensation frameworks
- Proven experience in SLA-driven managed services environments, including governance, reporting, and continuous improvement execution
- Strong experience leading HR–Payroll–Finance integrations and data flow troubleshooting (interfaces, reconciliations, error handling, dependency management)
- Strong knowledge of data privacy/security and access controls for sensitive HR data (PII/PHI)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; able to translate functional issues into business risk and action plans
