Job Description

Job Title: Global HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Manager

Location: Mumbai / Pune / Gurugram / Bangalore

Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Manager to support our India & US business. The role will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving people initiatives aligned with organizational goals while ensuring compliance with US employment practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with India and US business leaders to drive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness
  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle for India and US employees, from onboarding to exit
  • Provide guidance on labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR policies
  • Drive performance management processes, including PIPs, talent reviews, and succession planning
  • Support workforce planning, budgeting, and headcount management
  • Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Handle employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution
  • Collaborate with COEs (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation & Benefits) to ensure seamless HR delivery
  • Analyze HR metrics and translate data into actionable insights for leadership decision-making.

Key Requirements:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
  • 6–10 years of HR experience, with exposure to India and US HRBP role preferred
  • Strong understanding of India & US employment laws and HR practices
  • Experience in stakeholder management • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Open to work in shifts

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience supporting consulting / professional services / tech teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence and drive change
