About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support, ensuring legal compliance, managing employee relations (including union liaison), driving talent management, and implementing HR initiatives. This role also focuses on analyzing HR metrics, mitigating risk, supporting hiring, and aligning HR practices with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure a high level of understanding and compliance within existing and proposed legislation for HR.
  • Liaise with the different trade unions present in site & maintain an optimal relationship with them.
  • Manage talent related processes at sites.
  • Coordinate with Site Operations and other HR COEs for implementing various HR initiatives.
  • Interact with clients and ensure full compliance and utilization of resources.
  • Provides HR guidance to sites
  • Analyze employee trends and HR metrics, provide proactive measures, and ensure target achievements.
  • Resolves employee relations issues, and work with site operations management to improve work relationships and productivity.
  • Contribute towards aligning HR practices with business goals.
  • Mitigate or Manage risk, including oversight of the business in terms of adherence to governance procedures and regulatory compliance (people-related)
  • Oversee/support hiring and partner with TA team in hiring key roles based on business forecasts and onboarding / induction
  • Achieve organizational results through effective partnership at different levels in the organization and leverage influential skills.

Key Requirements

  • MBA and Graduate in any discipline with a Business Degree preferred
  • Sound negotiation skills
