As a fast-growing startup, we believe people and culture are the foundation of our growth. We are now looking for a strategic and execution-focused HRBP – Manager to help strengthen our people operations, employee engagement, hiring strategy, and organizational culture.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HRBP – Manager who can work closely with leadership and different business functions to drive organizational growth through effective HR practices.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HR operations, employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition coordination, policy implementation, and people strategy. This role requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership teams to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, engagement, performance management, and exit formalities.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and help build a high-performance work culture.
  • Support hiring teams in workforce planning, talent acquisition coordination, and organizational structuring.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee processes.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns professionally.
  • Monitor employee performance frameworks, KPIs, and appraisal cycles.
  • Maintain HR documentation, compliance records, and operational processes.
  • Work closely with department managers to identify training and development needs.
  • Build scalable HR systems and processes suitable for a rapidly growing startup environment.
  • Ensure smooth communication between employees, managers, and leadership teams.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.
  • 3–6 years of experience in HRBP, HR Operations, or HR Generalist roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Experience working in startups, media, advertising, technology, or fast-paced organizations is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, HRMS platforms, and reporting tools.
  • Strong ownership mindset and execution capabilities.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience in scaling teams in startup environments.
  • Knowledge of performance management systems and HR analytics.
  • Understanding of organizational culture-building initiatives.
  • Exposure to recruitment strategy and employer branding.
  • Ability to create structured HR frameworks from scratch.
