This role plays a strategic role in driving the organization's talent acquisition agenda, with a strong focus on campus and emerging talent hiring. The role is responsible for designing and executing innovative recruitment strategies, strengthening employer branding, and building a sustainable talent pipeline. The Manager will lead end-to-end recruitment operations, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure alignment with business goals and organizational values.
Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Strategic Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Develop and lead comprehensive TA strategies to attract high-potential fresh graduates and early career talent across the region.
- Champion employer branding initiatives in collaboration with Talent Marketing team to position the organization as an employer of choice.
- Analyze market trends and competitor practices to continuously refine sourcing strategies and recruitment campaigns.
- Drive diversity and inclusion efforts through targeted outreach and inclusive hiring practices.
- Talent Pipeline Development & Campus Engagement
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, institutes, and student organizations to enhance campus visibility and engagement.
- Design and implement structured campus programs (e.g., internships, graduate programs) aligned with workforce planning and future talent needs.
- Represent the organization at career fairs, campus events, and industry forums to promote brand awareness and attract top talent.
- Recruitment Operations & Process Excellence
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and efficient onboarding processes.
- Monitor and improve recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate satisfaction) to drive operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, maintaining high standards of governance and documentation.
- Stakeholder Management & Team Leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic guidance on workforce planning and talent acquisition.
- Lead and mentor recruiters or coordinators, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other supporting HR pillars to align talent strategies with organizational goals.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3-4 years in team lead role.
- Proven track record in campus recruitment, employer branding, and strategic sourcing.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed, and multicultural environment.
- Strong written, verbal communication, organizational, analytical, consulting, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
