Job Description

This role plays a strategic role in driving the organization's talent acquisition agenda, with a strong focus on campus and emerging talent hiring. The role is responsible for designing and executing innovative recruitment strategies, strengthening employer branding, and building a sustainable talent pipeline. The Manager will lead end-to-end recruitment operations, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure alignment with business goals and organizational values.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

  • Strategic Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
  • Develop and lead comprehensive TA strategies to attract high-potential fresh graduates and early career talent across the region.
  • Champion employer branding initiatives in collaboration with Talent Marketing team to position the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor practices to continuously refine sourcing strategies and recruitment campaigns.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion efforts through targeted outreach and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Talent Pipeline Development & Campus Engagement
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, institutes, and student organizations to enhance campus visibility and engagement.
  • Design and implement structured campus programs (e.g., internships, graduate programs) aligned with workforce planning and future talent needs.
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, campus events, and industry forums to promote brand awareness and attract top talent.
  • Recruitment Operations & Process Excellence
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and efficient onboarding processes.
  • Monitor and improve recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate satisfaction) to drive operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, maintaining high standards of governance and documentation.
  • Stakeholder Management & Team Leadership
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic guidance on workforce planning and talent acquisition.
  • Lead and mentor recruiters or coordinators, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous development.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other supporting HR pillars to align talent strategies with organizational goals.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3-4 years in team lead role.
  • Proven track record in campus recruitment, employer branding, and strategic sourcing.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed, and multicultural environment.
  • Strong written, verbal communication, organizational, analytical, consulting, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
