Manager HR - Supply Chain

Position Title - HR Manager – Supply Chain (East Zone)

Location: East Zone (Travel across breweries & supply chain locations)

Experience: 5-8 Years

Role Summary

Act as the HR Business Partner for the Supply Chain function across the East Zone, driving HR operations, compliance, contract labour management, workforce planning, HR analytics, payroll governance, and strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Supply Chain leaders on workforce planning, productivity, talent, and engagement.
• Drive labour law compliance, audits, and governance across locations.
• Manage Contract Labour Management System (CLMS) and contractor compliance.
• Oversee payroll inputs, employee lifecycle processes, and HR operations.
• Support manpower budgeting, cost optimization, and workforce analytics.
• Drive HR dashboards, KPI tracking, and business reviews.
• Lead cross-location HR and transformation projects.

Requirements

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
• 5-8 years of HRBP experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Supply Chain, or Industrial Relations.
• Strong exposure to Labour Laws, Compliance, Payroll, and Contract Labour Management.
• Hands-on experience in workforce planning, HR analytics, and stakeholder management.
